Will I be charged if an API call fails?

We only charge after an operation is carried out. If it is successful we charge it. An operation will not work if we are experiencing downtime on our servers and you will not be charged when that happens.

How do we handle issues that come up?

Customer’s on the merchant portal can make their complaints from the support section. For general issues you can reach out to us on support@securedrecords.com

Is my information private?

Yes it is. We do not use any personally identifiable information, and we do not store any photo or images used for verification.

How can I fund my wallet?

Dotta accepts payments via online payment or direct bank transfer. For more information on wallet funding, kindly check the 'get started' section of our API Documentation.

Is there a test environment?

No, all testing of endpoints on Dotta is done on Swagger UI. Please check our API Documentation for sample request and response codes and more information.
