Will I be charged if an API call fails?
We only charge after an operation is carried out. If it is successful we charge it. An operation will not work if we are experiencing downtime on our servers and you will not be charged when that happens.
How do we handle issues that come up?

Is my information private?
Yes it is. We do not use any personally identifiable information, and we do not store any photo or images used for verification.
How can I fund my wallet?

Is there a test environment?
No, all testing of endpoints on Dotta is done on Swagger UI. Please check our API Documentation for sample request and response codes and more information.
